Threadgrid End User License Agreement

This agreement governs use of the proprietary threadgrid paid product, including the threadgrid CLI, libraries, installers, binaries, updates, and paid personal, private, cross-project, archive, curation, recall, review, publication, license-aware, and support workflow features. Threadgrid is licensed, not sold, by Threadgrid.

Threadpoint is a separate open-source project licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. This agreement does not limit rights granted under the threadpoint license.

License grant

Subject to this agreement and a valid active entitlement, Threadgrid grants the licensed individual, organization, or authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use threadgrid for internal business or personal work.

An active entitlement may include a paid lifetime license or other written access grant approved by Threadgrid. The early adopter lifetime entitlement does not expire under normal updates for the paid threadgrid lifetime product line, but the right to use paid threadgrid functionality ends if that entitlement is refunded, charged back, revoked, or materially breached.

For Polar orders, refund, chargeback, revocation, and withdrawal outcomes are reflected by the Polar order record. Threadgrid uses that entitlement status to allow, revoke, or fail closed paid threadgrid access.

Organization use

An organization may allow its authorized users to use threadgrid only for that organization's internal work and only within the scope of the organization's active entitlement.

Restrictions

Source code

This agreement does not grant access to threadgrid source code. Any source-code access, if offered, requires a separate written agreement.

Ownership

Threadgrid and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in threadgrid, including intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this agreement.

Updates, support, and data

Updates, maintenance, support, and hosted entitlement services are provided only as made available with the active entitlement. Early adopter support is best-effort for checkout, activation, license, and customer-safe troubleshooting, has no support SLA or guaranteed response time, and does not create a service-level agreement unless separate written terms say so. This agreement does not transfer ownership of customer content, prompts, archives, local files, memories, logs, or private data to Threadgrid.

For v0 support, email support@threadgrid.dev and share redacted symptoms and customer-visible order or activation context only. Do not send raw private archives, prompts, local memory content, license keys, or entitlement tokens by default.

Termination

This agreement and the right to use paid threadgrid functionality terminate automatically if the active entitlement is refunded, charged back, revoked, withdrawn through the Polar order record, or materially breached.

Disclaimer and liability

Threadgrid is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent allowed by law. Threadgrid's total liability for all claims relating to threadgrid is limited to the fees paid for threadgrid during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if no fees were paid.

V0 review status

This is the customer-facing v0 license surface for early adopter lifetime access. It remains subject to final public-launch legal review before general availability.
