Terms

Threadgrid is proprietary commercial software. Threadpoint is a separate Apache-2.0-licensed open source project.

Paid threadgrid product use is governed by the Threadgrid End User License Agreement, plus any applicable order, refund, support, or written access terms.

V0 order terms

For v0, Polar hosts checkout and acts as the Merchant of Record/reseller for customer orders. The Polar checkout page and order email are the source of truth for the price, tax, refund, support, and package details shown at purchase. If checkout or written access terms are more specific than this summary, those order or access terms control for that order.

Refunds, chargebacks, revocations, and any EU digital-content withdrawal handling follow the Polar order record and applicable checkout or order terms. When Polar marks an order refunded, charged back, revoked, or otherwise no longer entitled, paid threadgrid access ends or fails closed for that entitlement.

Early adopter lifetime

The v0 offer is a limited-time $50 one-time early adopter lifetime license for paid threadgrid workflows, including lifetime updates for the paid threadgrid lifetime product line. The offer has no published end date yet and may change after initial sales, feedback, and support load are visible. Hosted memory, cloud sync, team administration, annual plans, recurring plans, general-availability tiers, and completed review or promotion automation are not included in v0 unless separate written access terms say so.

Refunds and support

Checkout, refund, withdrawal, license, legal, privacy, data-subject access (DSAR), and deletion questions for v0 should start from the order email, the license guide, or support@threadgrid.dev. Support is best-effort for customer-visible billing, activation, and license questions, has no support SLA or guaranteed response time, and does not cover broad public-launch support unless separate written terms say so. Do not send private archives, prompts, local memory content, license keys, or entitlement tokens by default.
